چکیده
Currently, less than 15% of waste iron tailings are utilized. Iron can be used as fine aggregate in concrete, but this kind concrete has no coarse aggregate, resulting low strength. Additionally, contain some heavy metals, which will cause environmental pollution if improperly treated. In study, the mechanical properties, sulfate resistance, and pore structure distribution basalt fiber-biochar-concrete (PFB) were studied. Where is to enhance properties samples, biochar adsorb metals tailings, prepare environmentally friendly materials. Unconfined compressive strength (UCS) test, flexural (FS), immersion leaching behavior, mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP) test study performance X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), scanning electron microscope (SEM) was characterize explaining change mechanism macroscopic test. The results show that PFB increased by 2.5% 12%. improve size is, greater 10 nm reduced while between 2 6 increased. Biochar effectively Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, their concentration 50–70%. Basalt fiber improves mixing with a small particle fills micro pores concrete; paper provides new idea sustainability for preparation materials utilization tailings.
